c-pal_logoPrescap is an acknowledged Best Practice model arts organisation and leader in its field. As such it was chosen by Arts Council England, North West office to implement and coordinate the Consortium for Participatory Arts Learning; a group of 13 regularly funded organisations from the social inclusion portfolio of ACE, NW. With its partners in C-PAL it has developed strategically important initiatives which are building sub-sector capacity through continual professional development.
